say for human side of things, the lower this is, the less the ball cursor bounces around?

The lower, the less likely your pitcher is to get rattled. The cursor will not bounce around as much (as you noted). I play with both cpu and user at 5 and have found it to be near perfect.

whats the pitch break influence do? the higher it is, the more break on the pitches?
