    Catching CPU basestealers

Is there a good slider setting so that I have a chance of getting a CPU base stealer out? Which one of the catcher arm strength and accuracy controls the human catcher?

I'm having trouble with this as well. They get such a huge jump, I have no shot at throwing them out

Think i have noticed that as well , but then again some times i wonder if i just don't pay attention to the runner sometimes .

Me too, but I think there has to be something we can do.

I use 50/50 user catcher settings and 35 base runner speed - seems to work well for me. Gotta remember even the BEST catchers only throw out 40% of runners (Yadier Molina). Most are in the 25-30% range.

Keeping an eye on the baserunner's lead will help also. In most cases we know who will attempt to steal, so keep throwing over and keep that dudes lead to one step. Pitching out with the correct pitch count will help also.

put cpu and human base running at 40 cpu catcher strength at 60 and human catcher strength at 70 and you will be able to throw out the 90 spds. just be careful when you try to steal because its now easier for the cpu to throw you out. I also notice that the cpu are more aggressive at trying to pick you off with these settings.
