    Pistol's Sliders geared towards fun

In light of my inadvancable franchise I figure I'd at least share the sliders I was using ~60 games in.

There were geared towards fun. You can draw plenty of walks, but they often come at the expense of watching 2-1 and 3-1 fastballs down the middle.

I make no claim statistics are terribly accurate. I know though if I play well and I maintain discipline I can win, and when I don't I lose.

    Human batting:
    Contact 40
    Power 60
    Bunt Contact 30
    Bunt Success 30
    Batter Eye Freq 35*

    Human pitching:
    Meter Speed 75
    Pitch Speed 75
    Break Influence 45
    Composure Influence 55
    Control 30

    User fielding:
    Throw Acc 30
    Gather Error 50
    Throw Error 50
    OF Throw Speed 55
    Inf Throw Speed 45
    OF Run Speed 10
    INF Run Speed 10

    User running:
    Base runner speed 45
    Success 45
    Catcher Str 40
    Catcher Acc 55

    CPU batting:
    Contact 65
    Power 80
    Bunt Contact 55
    Bunt Success 55

    CPU Pitching
    Speed** 60
    Success 70
    K-zone freq 45
    Break Inf 65
    Comp Inf 30

    CPU Fielding
    Gather Error 40
    Throw Error 50
    OF Throw Speed 55
    IF Throw Speed 45
    OF Run Speed 10
    IF Run Speed 10

    CPU Base running:
    Speed 45
    Hit n run 70
    Sac Bunt 45
    Squeeze 50
    Agg 70
    Steal Agg 55
    Catcher STR 50
    Catcher Acc 50

*I play w/ strike zone off, and when it's off the hitter's eye doesn't show up, so this may as well be zero
**I play on batter view 3. On other camera angles this speed may seem incredibly slow

I am not sure how I came about these sliders, and I make no claim they are 100% original.

If you're looking to have some fun, give them a try.

I know these are just to have fun with...and that's exactly what happened. I have been looking for a set that isn't so geared toward perfect stats, but just allows me to have a fun and competitive game - you nailed it.

I took the Rangers into Cleveland and won 7-3. It was 5-3 before I scored 2 in the ninth. Back and forth game with singles, doubles, a triple and 3 total HR's

Re: Pistol's Sliders geared towards fun

being new to the series i have been playing on rookie, but think that very soon will have to make the jump to Pro. What level are these sliders designed to play on?

Glad I found this post. These were intended if I remember correctly to fall between pro and all star.
