    DanSF49's MLB2K5 Sliders V.1 (New Set)

Okay guys I figured I would post these now after playing with them for the last week. I have been using BIG Joes and Gallandro's sliders but I started to grow tired of every game being low scoring. So I started to put more time into creating this set of sliders that I was working on. These sliders are excellent and will give you varied games from low scoring to high scoring to blow outs. Play a few games with these and you will see.

    * Also let me note that these sliders have been created for 1 button hitting. If you want to use 2 button hitting you will have to lower the power and up the contact sliders for human *

Let me know what you think

    Re: DanSF49's MLB2K5 Sliders V.1 (New Set)

Dan, I'll try these sliders next week (I forgot my copy of the game at my apartment and I won't be back for a week), but I'm sure I'll like these. I used your ESPN NFL 2k5 sliders, and those were great ... so I'm expecting these to be up to caliber!

Do you get a correct amount of strikeouts per game based on the pitcher?

I made a couple of changes small ones to the sliders above. Here they are

            Pitcher Fatigue - 50
            AI Corner - 65
            AI Change Speed - 75

Also yes these sliders are based off on just using the contact swing thats why the power slider is higher. Also very important set the sliders to ALL-STAR then adjust from there.

It matters what difficulty you start adjusting the sliders from?

Yes it matters because the greyed out sliders are set at different #'s on each difficulty level. For these sliders to play correctly you have to set them from the All-Star level. Thats how I created these, based off of that.

hey how are strikeouts on this set? I noticed from other sldiers that the cpu was making too much contact almsot early in the count no matter what, and I never struck out myself. Are both teams getting a decent amount of K'S?

Ah thanks. I'm pretty new to this game and I didn't realize that each level has certain sliders greyed out. Thanks again.
