You have to try this if you haven't already!

Last night I sat down to work on getting the sliders down that I want to use for my season. I set everything to default 50 on the custom slider level and started a game thinking that I will work from there on out. Well a funny thing happened. I was in the 5th inning of the game and shocked as to how well the game was playing, I mean the variety of hits was suprising and the players just played very realistic. I was able to smoke balls down the lines past the 1st and 3rd baseman which I havent been able to do since I got this game the day it came out. I went on to play 5 more games and I think these sliders might be the most realistic I have played with yet. Give these a try for like 2 or 3 games and let me know what you think. Forget what you think the sliders should be at and try not to change any of the default 50 sliders besides the 2 that I have below. I am using 1 button hitting, NO power button. Work your counts when you at the plate, dont swing at the first pitch everytime and also when pitching make sure you mix it up and hit the corners and change speeds and location. Good Luck.

Set all sliders to 50 default besides the following 2
    Human Power 65
    AI Contact 100

My guess: that’s in-part a result of the lower AI Corner and AI Location sliders. When I first got the game, I had those two sliders in the 90 range and I was getting tons of bloop dribblers. The moment I lowered them to 0 the dribblers stopped – those same swings are going for hard hits now, and hits along the baselines. I’ve got those sliders @ 10 now, and maybe see a dribbler every 40 or so AB’s.

How are your(USER) pitch counts, strikeout and walk totals?

After about 5 or 6 games my averages are Pitch counts for the starters are in the 60-70 range in the 7th inning. I'm average about 4-9 K's with my starters and as for walks. I was playing Cubs vs Rangers and I gave up a base hit, I then proceded to walk the next 2 batters with Kerry Wood and then Sandy Alomar took me deep for a grand slam on a high fastball that left over the plate. First grand slam I have seen so far.

The only other slider I may adjust would be Pitcher Variablility I'm going to play a few games tonight with it at 100 instead of 50. But everything else is staying the same.

I've given up on these once I tried Radja sliders. Bar none the best sliders i've ever had for a baseball game.
