    Pitches with some weird movement?

Anyone else noticing this? For example, in live play, a pitch will come in that usually has no huge break on it (4 seam, changeup, etc) that at the end have huge break on them. When you look at the Pitch/Swing Analysis, the ball follows a normal pattern, but when watching a regular replay, you see how messed up it was.

Just now, the computer threw a changeup heading towards the outside corner. All of a sudden, at the very end, it broke into the inside corner. I go back and look at the Pitch/Swing Analysis, and it follows a perfect course to the inside corner. I then go into the regular replay, and sure enough, it started on the outside, and at the last second broke all the way across the plate. On a changeup.

    Anyone else noticed this before?

It has happened to me before. Actually it happens quite frequently. It happens normally during a check swing. Its like there is a missing frame, which it skips and it automatically becomes a strike. Wierd, I know.

I've noticed it a lot on check swings, but it doesn't move that much. On a check swing, it's almost like he's tipping it, but he's not. It moves a little bit.

I've seen this too, in fact I remember seeing it in MVP 2004 as well.

It happens quite a bit to me. Kind of hard to hit a pitch that is heading to one corner, then all of a sudden hit the other.

I see it a lot as well. I think it's just a graphic quirk, rather than a game play issue.

That's what I was thinking. You get those off balance swings because you think it's going where it's not, even though it was just headed there.

It has happened before to me, and it's kind of annoying but I've never really struck out from it. I also notice that the ball will suddenly die while it's in the air if someone is diving towards it. That really pisses me off when the computer is favored by it, but it has gone the other way as well.

I have seen this happen far too many times to count. Just last night in a game against the Devil Rays, Beltre was up and it their pitcher, I believe Rob Bell, threw a fastball inside that tailed in off the plate and I checked my swing only to have the ball reappear on the outside corner, it is really annoying but it only seems to happen on check swings thankfully.
