MVP 05 or NCAA

i just started summer break and want a little baseball in my lazy afternoons. however, im not sure whether to get mvp 05 or ncaa baseball for xbox. i played mvp 04 and liked it but thought it had some flaws. last year i got mlb 2k5 and though it was fun it wasnt very realistic. im looking for something very realistic, especially with the hitter/pitcher matchup, because thats my favorite part of the game. any help would greatly appreciated.

I'm still tempted to try out college baseball, but it just can't compare to the MLB.

mvp 05 , after playing mvp alot i tell u this game is fun.

1st choice will be mvp baseball 2005,#1 baseballgame ever, even with the new baseball games that came out this year,don't even top mvp baseball 2005,if u have an action replay for the xbox system u can download the new updated rosters and u can also download the schedules on franchise mode,which makes this game all new agian,mvp baseball 2005 is the shiznit!!

2nd choice will be mvp baseball 2006 college baseball,which to me is also better than the other new baseball games that came out this year,it has great game play just like mvp baseball 2005, there's also sliders in this game,which u can make the game play a little bit more realistic.

i love ncaa but now that osmith1 uploaded 2006 scheduels for ps2 and there is a rother update for may im going to start playing mvp 05 again
