    Glitch?

3 things I've noticed lately that bug me about this game.

    1. While getting ready to set my roster for the 2nd game of a double header I notice that all of my players have 100% in the fatigue column. This shouldn't happen.

    2. For some reason the computer will have a middle reliever as their starter against me in the pre-game lineup. When I see this I manually make their starter the next one in the rotation.

    3. There are times I'm having a great pitcher/batter duel with the computer. I keep nibbling at the corners with nasty pitches and he keeps fouling them off. After about 10-12 pitches I'm at a 3-2 count. I just know that if I throw anything hittable at all it will be a huge bomb, sure enough the next pitch is hit 450+ by even a weak hitter like Todd Walker.

    Anyone else notice these?

I have noticed the first two but not the third one. It has probably just happened once or twice and they stick in your head.

Another 'bug' is that the pitchers stamina comes back too fast. You can go with a 3-4 man rotation and use the same closer each game.

#3 is a given in this game. after the 2nd foul i just throw one out of the zone. maybe he will chase. a walk is better that a HR.

this is related to #2. if you get to the playoffs and WS you will have to manually adjust the cpu pitching as well. the cpu will continue to use a 5 man rotation.

Pitching fatigue is definitely an issue. I have noticed #2 before, but it has always been an actual SP in a relief pitching spot. Never seen #3, and cant remember #1 since even in Florida I dont get rained out games.

In the playoffs I always change the computer SP to who I would start if I was that team, just to make the game realistic and a bit more challenging.

I hit an inside the park hr twice (different guys and teams) and both times it replied how rare it was yet both times it recorded it as an error with no HR or RBI's. Plus it doesn't handle save opportunities (as per MLB rules) correctly and therefore some saves are not recorded even though it truly was a save opportunity. Sorry, I love stats and this is my biggest gripe. Stat presentation and tracking.

Hey, maybe its just adding to the realism with announcers messing up I've hit ITP homers before and it was counted as a HR with the RBI.

What situations havent been scored as saves correctly?
