Re: To anybody who can locate a copy of 2005 for the PC, I am interested.
I love this game and would love to get it for the PC, but just the idea of playing sport games on my computer just turns me off. I've always been a console gamer when it comes to playing sports games, but I have been tempted this past month to try to find a cheap copy of MVP 05 for the PC, but haven't done so.
Quick question: do you guys have controllers for your PC because I imagine it would be might hard to play on the keyboard?
I am currently playing MVP 05 for the XBOX, but not having the updated rosters is disappointing. What would I need to be able to download updated rosters for XBOX and how much would it run me?Comment

Yeah, I bought a Saitek controller for the PC. Game runs absolutely sweet. Never considered playing on the keyboard. I'd highly recommend it... Follow the instructions on the cd that comes with it, and you're good to go. You can find one relatively cheap at most computer stores. The CompUSA by my house is closing, so I picked up my controller for like 20 bucks.Comment

Get Action Replay. $15-20. Definitely worth it. I've used it for MVP 05 (three seasons' worth) and four different years of NCAA football. Just pick one up and then head to eamods.com or mvpmods.com and download some rosters. They're freakishly accurate.Comment

Is this the entire Action Replay, or is it missing something?

It looks like the only thing that comes with is the memory card and USB cord. Do I need the CD to get it loaded into my computer or is it just like a flash drive and pick it up as a portable device?Comment

I just came across my PC version of MVP 2005. I think I am going to list it on e-bay. It definitely looks like the demand for this game has subsided a bit. I saw several brand new ones at "buy it now" for $34.99. There is one used currently at $31.00 wither several bids prior.Last edited by HiJumpr111; 06-10-2007, 08:31 PM.Congratulations BUTLER BULL DOGS!
