Re: New MVP movie again(2/2/03)
Some really nice things...a couple of ground balls. AND...
A double play. With the pitcher covering first!“In my lifetime, we've gone from Eisenhower to George W. Bush. We've gone from John F. Kennedy to Al Gore. If this is evolution, I believe that in twelve years, we'll be voting for plants.” - Lewis Black -

The side arm throws from the outfielders look like dookie. What was EA thinking?

I think the sidearm is relative to how hard you throw the ball, because when the outfielder used it there weren't any close plays at the bags so they weren't throwing the ball hard. At least that's what it looked like to me."If y’all see me in the news, and I make the news for something that I ain’t got no business making it for, don’t bash me. Say it was a young guy living."

That's what I am thinking too, because I have seen a lot of straight overhand throws in different movies, especially the ones where the outfielders do a "crow hop" to try and gun someone down. I have only seen a sidearm throw maybe twice, and both times there was no play to be made anywhere.Comment

Oh thats right, outfielders throw sidearm when they try and put a little extra on it...Come on guys, they should just leave the overhand motion in there for ALL throws. I've seen it more than a few times. It looks horrible. Just my opinion.
