does anyone know how you hit for power using a keyboard? All my hits are linedrives up the middle. I would like to know if it is possible to drive the ball or do I have to buy a controller inorder to push up on the left stick to hit the ball out of the park.

I could be wrong, but I dont think you can utilize the pure swing system on a keyboard. You will probably have to get a controller with analog sticks. -

haha yeah i just got it the other day through a friend and i downloaded the mvp 08 update. Its pretty sweet since 2k8 was a failure of a baseball game so i was dying to play something good. Looks like i will be going and getting a controller from my local best buy haha

It's SO much better with a 'pad... honestly.

I use a wireless XBOX 360 controller to play it.. I never even attempted playing it with a keyboard.Comment
