Gamecube version

my 360 crapped out so i thought i would try an mvp season on the gamecube. i had played a lot on the ps2 over the years.

the gamecube plays a better game from my early returns so far. i have had some serious pitcher hitter battles and the hit variety is pretty nice.

i am using the tampa bay rays. i am doing the owner mode since i never did before. i might regret that, but i will play a couple weeks until the 360 gets back.

should be a fun way to pass the time.

Having switched from PS2 to Cube MVP 05 at one point I don't remember the hit variety being any different. At least not over a large sample size. The visuals were slightly different since Cube games tended to have a look to them. Color palette, rendereing, whatever... something did it. I don't remember if better or worse. Same awesome game though!
