    While I agree that they should do this, my guess is that they won't. If they make a baseball game, which at best will have limited appeal with no licence and it doesn't absolutely blow The Show out of the water (a tall task) then even if they get a piece of the licence come 2013, everybody will be sticking with The Show. However, if they bide their time and release a game in 2013, it will have the newness factor, be an alternatove to The Show and have the novelty of being an unknown commodity, likely resulting in a sales increase. Just my opinion.

      Well, considering The Show is just now catching up to where MVP left off - with it's analog batting and hitting being exact replicas of MVP 07, I'd say they aren't too far behind in the gameplay dept despite their absence.

          It is close, but not exact. They refined it in their own ways. But yes, it was the better of the analog controls for baseball, and glad that is the direction they went for it.

            If they make it anything like MVP 05 then it will be a solid baseball game. I still have and play MVP on my pc with updated rosters, parks, and uniforms. I like it better than MLB 10.
