    Beginner level pitching/batting interface

Hey guys, I was thinking of getting this game for my girlfriends gamecube so we could play together.

Only problem is, she isn't that great at video games and I know she would have some trouble with the pitching meter and possibly with aiming the bat for hits. Has there been any sign of some kind of optional beginner interface that simply involves pushing a button once to pitch or hit ?

No not that I know of, but if you want my advice when teaching someone how to play, this is what I did, instead of telling them or showing them with your controller put her to pitch against you and lay your hands on her hands ( her hands are on the controller) and make her pitch but with your hands show her the buttons to press how long to press them and so on, sorta like her stepping on your feat to learn a new dance move. That never fails, and I've taught some horrible gamers this and it works.

will the pitching meter be slower of faster depending on the pitchers attributes. Like depending on the pitchers pitch rating should affect the the blue part, and then the picthers accuraccy should affect the green part.
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.
