SX file problem

I've been creating player audios for MVP Baseball 2005 for a number of years now. All of a sudden yesterday, the sx file that worked along with the mosxdat app, gave me the attached error. Is there any other way to create a dat file from a wav, and is there any way of correcting this problem?
