Welcome to the MVP Baseball Rosters Forum

    By Popular Demand!

Here is room for rosters to spread out, yet not overwhelm the main game forum. Post, test, discuss.

I moved the Sticky for reference, but feel free to start new threads. Keep them all on-topic to Rosters.

Roster makers, please contact me if you are having problems posting files.

            Roster HELP PLEASE

I have a modded x-box that works perfectly except when trying to boot up without the mod chip on. When I boot up without the chip I get japanese text with a message stating xbox needs service. When I engagae the chip it boots up fine to the dashboard & I can play my MVP2005 from the HD.

The BIG problem I have is ROSTERS. It appears you have to save the roster to the HD to access it from MVP 2005. I can't boot to that screen anymore ... I can only save to mem card, but can't get to that interface screen that allows me to transfer to the xbox. I can get to the data file of the MVP 2005 game via avalanch dashboard, but I have no idea where the roster should go. Also ... on the card it is in zip format ... does it need to be unzipped before going to the proper data sub folder?

Any help ???? thanks to all!! I love the MVP game ... I just can't get into the 2k6 baseball!

if you have dvd2xbox or xboxplorer on your modded xbox you could get into your xbox's harddrive C and find the default microsoft dash .xbe file and launch it. hopefully you can boot to the default xbox dash. another way is to find a xbox modding site and download a microsoft dash and burn it to a disk then install it

I found Josh Hamilton of the Texas Rangers, of course he is under a generic name. He is in the Cincinatti Reds system in their single A club. Go to that and look for their CF and you find a player that has the same birthday as Josh Hamilton and just up his ratings.

Josh Hamilton didn't join the Reds until 2007.

Older threads that aren't active eventually get archived. You've popped into the roster forum of an 8 year old game...what exactly did you expect? Use the search...way more than 1 thread.

Does anyone have updated rosters for mvp- 2005 (ps2). Will pay $. I tried to get into 'The Show' but can't, going back to MVP, the best baseball game ever.
