ptc meter -37
ptc spd 12
ball rate - 6 ( if your patient you'll see 3 to 6 walks a game)
user ptc fat -17
cpu ptc fat 4
user ptc control -50
cpu ptc control -50 ( with ptc speed up so high there is just too much movement with the cpu pitches to make good contact)
bullpen rate 0
bullpen grace 0
user bat cont 0
cpu bat cont 0
user bat pwr 0
cpu bat pwr 0
user bunt 28

user thr spd 2
cpu thr spd 2

user dive 2
cpu ctc effort -10
user baserunning spd 12
cpu baseruniing spd 12
user run agg 5
cpu run agg 5
user stl spd -1 ( this makes it alot more difficult to steal, not just a take it when you want it like in the past)
cpu stl spd -12 ( it has to be this low because with the pitchers view you have to watch out of the corner of your eye to see if the guy is stealing, just like in real life)
user stl delay -7
cpu stl dly 5
cpu stl rate 35
run inj -15( this low cuz I saw too many guys get injured turning the double play)
ptc inj -10
bat inj -20
fld inj-159 see above run inj)
REMEMBER pitch fatigue on - side= longer stamina, pitch meter on + side = easier control for the user when pitching, and pitch control on + side =more movement on the pitches, it has nothing to do with the accuracy in which they throw their pitches. Thanks again NASA for the set to work off of, it helped immensely.
