Question about lowering Pitching Control slider, plz help

Does anyone know if lowering the Pitching Control slider is universal (ie effects all pitchers the same) or will pitchers who have better control deal better with the adverse effects on their best pitches? In other words say I bump it down to -35, should I still have better control results with a Greg Maddox as opposed to say a hurler like Kerry Wood?

I tried to test this a couple times myself but I couldnt come up with anything conclusive. Sometimes it seemed like the control pitcher was the more when I got perfect on the meter, but it was inconsistent overall. This may have been because I had Variable Stuff on though.

Anyhow Id appreciate any feedback on this, thanks a bunch.

To anwser the question those with better control ratings will always be better regardless of the sider setting.

In my experience lowering the pitch control slider makes the left thumb stick looser in sense =more mistake pitches. Upping it gives it a tighter response =better pinpoint placement.

Variable stuff affects your pitchers too. I have had games where my guy just didn't have it on the mound. Even if I stopped the pitch meter perfect, we was still getting jacked.
