i would like to know who has the most realistic sliders[pitch count,walks homeruns ,etc... someone anyone tell me

Everyone. No, really. There is no way to tell who has the most "realistic" sliders. What gets you realistic stats, might have someone else scoring 20 runs a game and allowing 1. I know you don't want to hear it, but the only way to find out, is to try them.

Try and find the average for each player rating that has a corresponding slider then take that number and cut it in half plot that number and you will be straight.

also +50 0 -50 is really 100-0

Set your sliders to the games player ratings much better results.
