Got home late so I'm watching the replay...Abreu... ....

Not many people can do everything as good as Bobby can, and yet it still seems like he doesn't get the fan fair of a Vlad Guerrero. This guy is amazing. Period!

What a show Bobby put on. 41 homers? 24 in one round? Thats just UNHEARD of.

I just wish my boy 'Druw did better, but oh well.

          Amazing job Bobby.

Did anyone see that jerkoff snatching flyballs over the kids the whole time? that guy was annoying, he shoulda let the kids catch the balls.

I agree. That guys was all over the place! He should let the kids catch the flyballs, that's what it's all about(the kids). Well, and money, too, but mostly the kids.

I fell asleep at 9:30 so I missed Bobby's next round of antics. Judging by the highlights tho he kept chugging along. He was a very deserving winner.

I can't believe Pudge finished second, especially after we were all ripping him being selected.

But Bobby Abreu, good lord. That was insane. He's now the owner of every single record in the HR derby. 41 homers, over Tejada's previous record of 27? Are you kidding me? Just amazing.

Bobby went off in the first round. They should improve the homerun derby to speed up the contest though. It dragged on too long.

Each hitter should be allowed to bring a pitcher of choice and get 25 pitches to his out as many as possible each round. Then, the last round, do it like they do now.

                    This took way too long.

And could Chris Berman be any more of a beating to listen to?

Yeah I was ready to kill him.

I can't believe you guys aren't talking about Bay! He was doing amazing! No, seriously, I feel kind of sorry that he didn't even get 1 HR.

Seriously, I hate that clown Berman. I think that guy has to have the biggest ego in all of broadcasting. He just jumps into whatever big event for whatever sport he feels like. "Back Back Back Gone!" You would think he realized that everyone is sick of hearing it after the 3,000th time.

It seemed like all the hitters were being much more patient at this derby then in the past, which would explain the large boost in homers this year, as well as the increased length.
