    Adam Kennedy?

He is batting .346, .387 OBP, played in 65 games, and has only scored 23 runs?? Sure, I know he bats ninth, but 23 runs??

Over the last month, he has a .381 avg, .425 OBP, and three runs. THREE!!

That has to do with what the top of the order is doing to drive him in, it's not his fault. Well, it may be, but I doubt it.

    Yeah, that is extremely low.

I mean, I understand the #9 hole hitter doesn't score too much. But he is on base so much, he is pretty much a leadoff hitter for that lineup.

Well, I'm confused if you're concerned about Kennedy not scoring, or his team not driving him in. I mean, they are the same concept, but from different sides of the plate (if you know what I'm saying). One is blaming Kennedy (which can't really happen without great reasoning), and the other is blaming the top of the order.

I don't really think he's blaming anybody. He's just making an observation at how low his run total is for somebody that gets on base so much.

Okay, just wondering. Yeah, it is up for concern what actually is happening at the top of the lineup when he gets on base. I wish there was a public split-stat for that.

I mean, lets say Kennedy gets on with no outs...

Next up is Figgins and his .280 avg, then Erstad .290, Vlad .320, Anderson .300, and then Molina .302.

Yes, I understand that Figgins and Erstad aren't big bats, but they move the ball around.
