He should be put in the pen and Rusch should start.
In addition, Baker should be fired if Williams doesn't decrease his era over the next 2 starts and Baker doesn't sit him down....
This only reinforces what many have believed for some time about Dusty, and I don't mean that he is an overrated manager....

Regardless, I think all of baseball (at least on this forum) should be aware of how absurdly Dusty manages this team. I do not believe that the Cubs' less than stellar first half is all Dusty's fault, I also blame the front office for allowing our bullpen to turn into bullsh*t, and the players, though to a lesser degree.
Dusty, however, constantly flies in the face of fact, reason, and good sense.
But, Lord, that pen is awful. How many games would the Cubs have won in the first half with a decent relief crew? 5 more? 8?
