      Don't be impressed all you want, but the stats don't lie. Pedro is one of the most dominating pitcher's of the last half-century.

      I can't stand the guy and I look for flaws in his numbers but they just aren't there. Sometimes you just have to sit back and admire what a guy has accomplished no matter how much of a moron he may seem to be.

        You're not impressed because of your blind hatred for Pedro. I'd just like to know what your argument against Pedro is when you choose to ignore the stats and facts.

          Pedro in his prime was just as good as any pitcher in history.

          As far as careers go, IMO, only Maddux, Pedro and Randy Johnson can even begin to be compared to Roger Clemens. None of them hold up though, and Roger has a good chance to add another Cy Young this year. Have you seen the man's ERA this year? If he plays more years and is only half the pitcher he is this year, he'd still be one of the best pitchers in the league.

          Smoltz is nowhere near Roger.
