        Faves:

Wrigley- not only ideal atmosphere but easy to access without worrying about parking (redline)

        Fenway- Another slice of old-world

        Miller

        Pac Bell

        Worst:
        Tropicana
        MetroDome
        Anaheim- Whats with the rocks?
        Comiskey- BORING!
Minute Maid- Waiting someone to hyper-extend knee in centerfield

Most overrated- YAnkee Stadium, DOdger Stadium

          Worst: Metrodome.

Has anyone here seen a game from in there? It's absurdly ugly. The concrete everything just depresses you. The white baggy is fun and all, but good luck tracking a fly ball or pop up in it. The seats suck, also. And it's too damn hard to find a good cup holder.

Amen BK to the stupid Giants fans, I thought I was the only one who noticed this. I think Pac Bell is the only reason I even bother going to their games. The Stick is by far the worst park I've ever been to. I went to a game there one summer, left Sacramento, where it was 110 outside, got into the Stick and damn if it didn't feel like it was 30 in there. We left by the 6th inning. I can go on forever about the damn fans for that team too. They can't seem to get it through there thick skulls that the San Francisco Giants have never won a World Series. And no matter what position you talk about, the Giants are better and have had better guys there no matter what you say. Being I huge Padre fan I try to get out there a couple times a year to catch them and little did I know, Tony Gwynn sucked and was overrated. 20 years of watching that guy play and it took a Giant fan to point that out. From what I've been told by them, Candy Moldonado was mutch better.

Re: What is the best/worst stadium?

LOL, Hayes. Your not the only one. I was up there for school in the late 80's early 90's. I still have friends up there, and they hate all the Giants fans. Giants fans seem to think that every player they have is the best player at his position in the league. But they always have some lame excuse why they never win any titles.

When I was up there, it was Candy Maldonado was better than Tony Gwynn. Bob Brenly was better than Benito Santiago, etc. etc. My favorite of all time was Giants fans telling me that Robby Thompson was by far a better 2nd baseman than Ryne Sandberg (who was in his prime at the time), and how crappy Robby Alomar was (he was a Padres at the time). Don't even get me started on the Jose Uribe arguments.

Coldest night of my life was a May night at Candlestick park, and I spent my last year of college in Colorado. What a dump that place was.

Re: What is the best/worst stadium?

bk, you'd love The Ballpark in Arlington. You can see the Yankee Stadium arches, Green Monster scoreboard, pieces of Ebbetts Field and the Polo Grounds, Camden Yards, etc.

It was designed to hint of other great ballparks.

I would love to see Pac Bell. I'm going to try to do that next year.

The worst is the Devil Rays', by far.

Re: What is the best/worst stadium?

EROD, I highly reccomend Pac Bell. PNC in Pittsburgh is by far my favorite though. A group of me and my buddies go on a baseball trip every summer, where we take a few weeks and go to baseball games in 5 or 6 parks. PNC is hands down all of our favorites.

Pac Bell runs a close second though. I am very anxious to see Arlington. And I want to see the stadium in Houston (It's not called Enron anymore is it?)
