Zach Duke

Is he still pitching for the Pirates? I picked him up in fantasy and have had him a few days and he hasn't pitched and it doesn't show him starting for the new 4-5 days.

He's still part of the rotation. He might be pitching on August 1st, because no one has been announced for that date yet.

he also was to have started the game last night vs the marlins.. but due to the rain delay, they brought in Voglesong in the 3rd..

He actually shouldn't have the loss for that game.

Duke started, pitched 2 innings then a 45 minute rain delay occurred. He wasn't sent back out.

He'll start again on his scheduled date and WILL be in the starting rotation the rest of the year. There's no doubt about that.

Joe no where in that line does it give him the loss...I dont know where you are reding him getting a L for his record...

If so you would have seen in (3-1)...It shows in the line that PIT lost the game...

Oops. Read it too quickly. I saw the L as a Result, but I guess that wasn't the L credited to the pitcher, but the teams L.

I have him on my radar, but I'm not ready to pick him up yet. I want to see how he does in his next or two next starts.

The guy has like 26 straight shutout innings.. if your league hasn't quit yet, he should be gone. Either way, you won't find anything like that on your wire anytime soon
