Yeah, I think he was tested in May. Don't know exactly when they had the results, but it was well before the news broke. -

Due process slows everything down. They had a very good article about the procedures and protocols in this week's USA TODAY: Sports Weekly. It talked about the arbitration process and the retesting procedures that are required where the player gets to select his own doctor/specialists to test all of the urine.
I don't care if it takes awhile is long as when the announce it there is no doubt that they are correct. Also, I wouldn't want to be a player and the announce it immediately then it turns out to be a false positive or something else afterall.- LETS GO RED SOX!!!

Yep he tested positive in May, MLB dragged its feet regarding the result. I know due process takes a while but not THAT long.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club
