    Colon wins CY Young

If Doc stayed healthy, he probably would have won it.

Can't really argue with that and yes if Doc was healthy he probably would've won it. He was really starting to heat up when he went down.

        Should of been Johan.

Load of crap, it should have been Santana in a landslide.

Ditto to the previous three. Should have been #2 for Johan.

              What?!

Santana had more innings, gave up less hits, less runs, less HRs, about 80 more K's, and batters hit 40 points lower.

How can't you argue with that?

Colon had great run support, Johan did not.

Cause he's talking about Roy Halliday.

Yea, I'm gonna have to go Johan. Colon however shoulda finished no less than second and Johan wasnt far away the best so I'm not gonna complain too much

Johan should have won. I'm disappointed Mariano didn't win and he deserved it more than Colon, but I knew Colon would most likely win anyway.

Wins should have a micrsopic effect on voters... as thats a measure of your team's talent + the pitchers.

The thing they should look at the most is ERA and .OPS against... thats the true measure of a pictures ability to keep guys off the bases, and then keep them from crossing homeplate.

Horrible selection. Colon would barely crack the Top 5 of my ballot.

I would have given it to Santana or Rivera before Colon.

After looking at the numbers, Santana should have recieved it.

But Colon had the flashy win total so that's probably the biggest reason he won. I know I've said this a thousand times, but I'll say it again, wins for a pitcher is the most useless stat in baseball.

You can give up 7 runs in a game and still get the W while another pitcher can toss a 2 hitter and get a L.

If Mo didn't have that one little blip in late July/early August where he pitched like crap he probably would have won it.
