I would never get one of those. If it is only used for your form get a Tee. and w/ a Tee you dont' have to hurry your swing as it flies back around.

Yea but with a tee I'd have to have something to hit into, and I really don't. Also this would probably help with timing a little more.

I used to have a some ball on a string tied to a Tee. Worked well.

Also , the best drill I know of for your timing is use golf wiffell balls. Have someone throw them. They aren't hard to throw at all.

Yea I've used those golf balls before, but they didn't really improve my timing, more hand eye coordination, I'll still probably do that, but I think this looks like something good too, just wondering if anyone has used this before and if it worked good

From the commercials I have seen it just seems overrated, the commercials look like that doesn't really happen.

go to a site called astoria net shop....it's in Oregon...

you can buy custom made net for as low as .24 cents a square foot....so a 7X10 piece would cost around 17 bucks...

I've ordered from this place to buy net for my high school team and P.E. equip.....it's good stuff.

then get some PVC pipe and make a hitting net....the PVC should run another 15 bucks...tops....so for around 30 bucks you have yourself a great hitting net
                  teaching.............still fun

video games........I wish my boys would let me play

watching Tottenham vs. Liverpool at White Hart Lane............2004 was a long time ago
