Question for other Jays fans...
Has this team ever been on Sunday Night Baseball or Fox Saturday Baseball?Tags: None -
Re: Question for other Jays fans...
They've been on Sunday Night Baseball. Most of the time we get the local feed of the game but once when TSN had the SNB rights they showed the ESPN feed. I don't know how often they've been on but i'm guessing not very often.
To my knowledge they've never been on Fox Saturday.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

To my knowledge they've never been on Fox Saturday.
And it's understandable not being on Fox. They really only show about 5-6 teams consistently on their broadcasts.Comment

Re: Question for other Jays fans...
There have never been on Fox and I don't even remember the last time they were on SNB.
They were on ESPN/ESPN2 a few times last season. They were on when they faced the Cubs at Wrigley (Doc started) and they were also on vs. the Red Sox at Fenway.
I'm just hoping TSN/RSN shows all the games this season. Although I have a feeling they won't show the early weekday games again since it would attract really low ratings.Comment

I believe vs the Angels and vs the Yankees the Jays were on ESPN/ESPN2.Comment

I know for a fact they were on SNB in 1994 (it was shown on ESPN Classic Canada once) They were also on in the late 90s as I said or as late as 2000 because Jon Miller and Joe Morgan was calling the game.
As AF has said in his post they were on Tuesday and Wednesday night baseball this past season.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

And, I remember the Jays being on the Fox Saturday game in late '98, against Cleveland. One of those random things I remember from my childhood.Blue Jays, Blackhawks, AuburnComment

Re: Question for other Jays fans...
They were on FOX once during Brady Anderson's 50 home run season, 1996 was it?
They were playing the Orioles, it was the same series that Robbie Alomar spit in the umpire's face, I think it was the day after. I think they showed that game only because it was late in the season and it had implications on the pennant race.
The Expos were on once against the Mets in 1995 too, if I remember correctly. That was probably because the Mets were a large-market team playing against the best team in baseball from the previous year.
The Jays were also on ESPN's SNB fairly recently, four or five years ago at SkyDome against Texas. TSN showed the ESPN feed.Comment
