If his estimate is true and half the position players in the league were using almost daily last season, it's going to be interesting to see how players adjust to playing a 162-game grind without the use of uppers. It's also interesting to note that this new drug policy will change the way baseball has been played for more than 40 years, since these things were so widespread and accessible to players.
