    I have abandoned my Rangers......

....until they rid themselves of John Hart.

This bonehead signs guys like Rocker, Everett, and Riviera, then disappears completely from the face of the earth. He does not talk to the media at all, except when he signs someone, and takes no questions or criticisms of his moves like a man.

He signs Chan Ho Park to a huge deal that has crippled the team finacially.

He trades Carlos Pena and Travis Hafner for a bag of beans.

But this is the last straw! He unceremoniously releases the most popular player of all time here, without so much as a press conference or kind word.

Pudge is everyone's favorite Ranger. He is on par with Emmitt, Nolan, Roger, and Modano in this town.

I want the Rangers to lose every game until this baffoon is gone.

Erod, i'd say Tom Hicks is more to blame then John Hart. Scott Boras has snowballed him into signing a lot of bad contracts and thats the kind of team your gonna get when the owner knows very little about baseball personel and still tries to make the desicions.

Guru, i agree. Why dont they just let him buy the Expos and he can fill that team with his own overpriced players

Erod, I understand completely as I live in Arlington and work in Coppell. It's tough to keep supporting them and be a fan. I've already decided to live vicariously through the new AA Frisco team in 2003. As much as I like Pudge, I support the decision to let him go, but not the decision to pick up Einar Diaz. That was a bad trade. Do you ever go to Jamey Newberg's site? It's below. It's a MUST, if you have any feelings for the Rangers.

What do you expect?! When A-Rod left here (Seattle) to go play for a "real winner" he ate up a lot of there money. Then Hicks goes and signs Rocker, Everett, etc. He totally abandoned the pitching, i guess the organization thought that if they score 20 runs a game, they don't need pitching. Oh how wrong they were. They should be better this year now that they have Blalock and a couple others coming up right? Next year the AL West will be one fun division with the Angels, A's, Rangers, and M's.

I still love my Rangers and when they win the World Series in 2043 you will be sorry you jumped off the bandwagon.

bdoughty, you can come over to my house and watch that series. We'll just empty our colostomy bags in between innings.

Ortonious, yes, I've seen Newberg's site. It's fantastic. Did you hear Hart on the Ticket yesterday? They're doing part II today. First time he's ever been on The Hardline, which is considered the No. 1 baseball show in town and gets better ratings than any station in town. Why did he wait so long?

This jackass doesn't even have press conferences always wants to do a conference call. What is up with that? Do yall think that AROD will restructure his contract one day? Since moving here, I've tried to become a ranger fan. I'm tired of supporting losers (Cub fan also) who make stupid decisons. At least my Cubs are making good moves but I believe as long as they are playing in Wrigley, they'll never win a World Series.

I did hear the hardline interview on the little Ticket. Decent stuff. I'm really concerned about the next move they might make, but we need pitching badly. I would love to have Colon or Vaquez from Montreal, but that means giving up Blalock. I think if we could get Vaquez, Vidro, and Barrett for Blalock, Hart, Young, Diaz, and Davis...I'd do it.
