    I think the playoffs are perfect as they are. Long enough to give both teams a really fair chance, but not too long that you forget what teams even made the playoffs by the time they are over like NBA.

      Post a poll like this in the NBA forum and you would probably get a lot more disagreement. 5-7-7 is perfect for baseball.

                I heard alot of people suggesting the 154 game season last year. I think it'd be great with the 7-7-7 playoff format.

                  Yes, in a perfect world we'd have a 154 game schedule, start the season a week earlier and have a 7-7-7 format.

                    It's good the way it is. The NBA desperately needs to go back to the 5-7-7-7 format. 7-7-7-7 makes the playoffs last for 2 months. That's ridiculously long.
