The New City Baseball League (NCBL) is expanding. We're a fictional league currently with a 20 team roster. We just passed the trade deadline for the 2006 season and are starting a 3-year plan to expand to a full compliment of 30 teams.
We're in need of 4 new owners to take over the reigns of 4 new expansion ball clubs. No previous multiplayer league experience is required.
Here's the league setup:
-Fictional Players
-Fictional Teams: New owners may choose their city as long as it is not a current MLB city. (i.e we have a Washington in the league, but no Boston's, etc.)
-No DH
-Currently a 90 mil cap; this will be lowered as we expand
-All Scouts set to average
-We use coaches
-Currently no Wild Card. (This will be added as our expansion plans conclude)
-We sim 2 weeks on the calendar every Monday/Wednesday/Friday night. We're in our 5th season and have not missed a sim date yet, so this is a dedicated bunch of players.
New owners will take part in a live expansion draft, choosing from a list of exposed players.
