The A's just hit 3 straight homers on 3 consecutive pitches (E. Chavez, F. Thomas, M. Bradley). It was pretty exciting, but I was just wondering, when was the last time this has happened? I know I've seen three straight homers, but when was the last time a team has hit three straight homers on three straight pitches?Comment

That would have been pretty cool to see. However, I have one question: Why would the pitcher throw a first pitch strike to the third hitter? Common sense would tell me to throw nothing near the strike zone.Comment
