Sure, it hasn't stop him before. Like when he kept walking in runners when he was a Giants. Back to back night walk the bases loaded.
Even if it was bases loaded in game 7 and third base was the wining run. He would hit him, he feels right at home being called a choke artist, in fact I think he has come to a realization about it!

Yes Omar had the umps ask Arthur to remove them cause they were distracting him while at bat. Arthur got pissed and the benches cleared. I believe it was in 2001, Indians vs. Mariners in Seattle. While playing MVP 05' last year with the Indians I noticed EA had those earrings in the game for Arthur, LOL!

MLB has suspended Jose Mesa for 4 games, Mesa has appealed the suspension and will be available this weekend against the Marlins.
