Well if you're in straightaway center, you'll be about 10 ft above the field so the view won't be obstructed. The only thing you'll have to worry about, if you're near the end of a row, is the Fenway drunks getting up every half inning to refill their beers.

Yea that can get annoying at times.I was on the monster 1st row a few weeks ago and i would get those seats again. You have a good amount of room, views good and your on the monster! Too bad i probaly will never win that raffle again.

Anyone know if this is true? Someone e-mailed me this after making a post on Craigslist looking for tickets.

Unless you want to get ripped off, DON"T BUY from offers here on CL or Ebay.

Tens of thousands of bogus tickets are being sold and there is no way to tell them from legit tickets until you get to Fenway.

The Red Sox Ticket office messed up big time by using DHL to ship tickets to seasons ticket holders..........hundreds of these packages never got to the account holders and were not returned to the Red Sox so they are floating around out there and being passed off as "good" tickets.

Figure each account has at least 2 tickets x 81 games = 162 tickets x over 100 accounts =16200 bogus tickets... MINIMUM.

The Sox had the Bar Codes on these tickets deactivated and they reprinted new ones to send to the rightful "owners"

You won't know if the tickets you buy are legit until the guy scans them at Fenway.

The only way I have found to minimize the risk is to buy from places like Stubhub, Ace and Razorgator......at least the tickets are guaranteed. Every seller on there has to give them their credit card info in case there is a problem.

Just an FYI because I got burnt last year (through Replay, they deactivated tickets but never had the originals sent back to the Sox).

        Good luck.
