    Who is the biggest letdown team of 2006?

    Red Sox? Indians? Braves? Angels? Cubs? Rangers? Houston?

      I think it's the Red Sox, especially with that payroll and the players they have.
      MLB: Cincinnati Reds

          The Chicago White Sox.


          Off the heels of a 11-1 playoff record and a World Series, we were at least suppose to go to the playoffs this year. INSTEAD? We finish 3rd in the FREAKIN division!

                  It's a toss up between the Red and White Sox. I think the edge goes to the White Sox for the simple fact that they bought way too much into their hype and they're going to be overhauled in the offseason.

                  The Red Sox ran into a rash of injuries down the stretch that would kill just about any team so it's not that surprising that they fell apart.

                          1. White Sox - Still waiting for that 2nd half run.
                          2. Indians - Weren't they supposed to be the team to challenge the White Sox?
                          3. Braves - Not that it wasn't inevitable, but they didn't even come close.
                          4. Red Sox - Four game sweep by the Yanks was just embarrassing.
                          5. NL Central - Doesn't anyone in this division want to win?

                              As SPTO said...the run of injuries they had would've killed most teams in the league, so I'll go with the Indians.

                                                          I guess I have to say the Red Sox. They're the most expensive team to ever miss the playoffs. I didn't pick the White Sox to make the playoffs, and its hard to call the Braves a dissapointment since their fall was inevitable. The Indians are definitly a close second for me since I thought they would battle Oakland in the LCS.
