Girardi has to be the favorite for the Cubs.

They have lots of talent, but they have the biggest injury bug.

Now where am I going to get all my baseball knowledge? Such as why white folk tend to wilt under the hot summer sun; why walks are basically a non-factor; and why missing the playoffs this year will feel stranger to a man who has made the playoffs 4 out of the past 14 years than it will to Bobby Cox?

If Girardi isn't wearing a Cubs uniform next season then it's because the Tribune company doesn't care about their team. I'm telling you Girardi is going to be a great manager. The man got shafted in Florida and i'd love to see him have success elsewhere.

I think Dusty Baker will catch on with another team next season or the year after.
