I'm not gonna believe this since I know the Twins would never spend that type of money to sign one player, so I'm thinking it's a mistake on CBS Sportline's part. I know the Twins need a SP to take over Radke's place, but there is absolutely no way this page is correct.

Well whatever was on that page isn't there anymore. No mention of the Twins or Mtsuzaka, so obviously a mistake. -
