I am pretty sure that was in the questions, I remember it when I was editing the list. No big deal though, they did say the HR replays were improved. Plus you can rob some HR's if they are barely over the fence.

I also wish more would have been said about how Sega is taking advantage of the ESPN license. So far, their games haven't done much with it, outside of cosmetic fluff, and the comments made only seem to suggest that we shouldn't expect much this time around either.

        Good Lord.

This game went from "probably will buy" to instantly will buy.

Not only is there a timing only swing mode, but the charge mode sounds almost exactly what I wanted in a hitting model a few threads down.

The pitcher/batter interface is tweakable for anybody. Moving traffic in the cities in the background. More varied pitching and batting animations. AI fixes.

They claim a "short" cycle (probably due to multi platform release), but they still accomplished an incredible amount.

I'm completely blown away and now am officially stoked about WSB.

Does anyone know what the resolution is? My hdtv does not have 720p support.

          Thanks,

          Mike

not sure, most games have 480p though.

Wow Great interview! This game has moved to #1 so far for most anticipated baseball game (assuming ASB doesn't have online play)

I agree, this was a great interview. The comments pushed this game higher on my list.

I enjoyed WSB last year, but grew bored of it pretty quickly. Maybe the update will improve on that. I'll def. rent this one now.
