    Yes, the Braves had an amazing staff that year. Which I think they have a great staff right now even with all of the new additions.
    NCAA Vets League: Arkansas Razorbacks (9-2, 6-1)
    MLB OS League: Seattle Mariners (9-2)

        do you know where steve avery is now. i would love to send him an email. i have two kids one was born on his birthday and the other has his name.

                    I remember a lot of commentators and opposing players/managers thought his pickoff move was a balk. He probably would be called on it a lot more if he pitched today.

                            I read the OP and went "wtf hes like 40" then I saw the date and was like "wtf who bumped this old thread" and then when I though it couldnt get any weirder I read the bump post, and it did.
