They're essentially off the hook now. No possibility of jail time for them. This lawyer truly defied the judge and from everything i've heard about the judge last night it sounds like she's going to throw the book at this guy.

There's a theory that he leaked all this info out so that the case could get thrown out but since the feds are so hell bent on getting Bonds that they're going to do everything to keep the trial going. So the guy is going to get disbarred on a poorly thought out strategy there.
