    Player specific homerun celebrations

I hope one of the baseball games this year finally has them. Things such as Sammy Sosa' hop or Barry Bonds walking to first base as he watches his homerun leave the ballpark. All-Star Baseball 2001 for the N64 did this o I don't see any reason why the new baseball games today can't. Does anyone else agree with me?

I agree. BTW, check Homerun king for GCN. In the Homerun Derby, not the normal game, the stars had there real swings/follow throughs. It was pretty sweet.

surely I'm not the only one that wants this. I think it would make you enjoy homeruns that much more when you hit one.

i couldn't agree more! that game had the best batter/player animation of any baseball game EVER, BONDS had his cross ear-ring and long pants, Mo was a fat @#$%, ect...
I am glad I got the Buell- I love riding it, I love the oddball looks I get on the road- I love people asking "What IS that thing?" I love flying into a corner WAY too hot, scared spitless and sure I'll never hold it at this speed- and hearing the bike whisper "Sissy!"...

Homerun king is actually the original WSB2K from the Dreamcast. Sega dumped that engine (based on the original WSB arcade game) but I LOVED that games' graphics and pitcher/batter interface.
Too bad everything else about that game SUCKED.

I personally liked that game more then any other game in past years just because, that is the main part of baseball, and they did that the best ever IMO on the hardest level.

I agree. That pitcher/batter was nearly flawlessly executed.
Why doesn't anyone else use trigger batting? It really let you take a little off of swings without a power/contact icon.
                        That was the shizznit.
