Since I do not have the option for broadband it is not a big deal for me. If I did have broadband and Xbox live, online would be one of my main purchasing reasons. IMO games in the future NEED online.

Let me get out my violin. We wouldn't be having this problem if more people would've supported the freakin Dreamcast. If you owned a Dreamcast and bought WSB2K2 or any Segasports game for that matter. You should be mad. If you didn't get a dreamcast and play online you have no right to be mad at anybody but yourself and maybe your friends who didn't get one either.
When will the crying stop??

Huh? What does Dreamcast have to do with PS2 and Xbox having online baseball games?Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

As far as I know Dreamcast was the first to allow online play as far as consoles go. But from what I heard the lag was so bad that people couldn't hardly tolerate it.Comment

Sounds as if he's a person that owned DC and is still bitter about its death. I guess if all of us had DC and online play then it would still exist. Although I don't think DC's death was a bad thing, because it led to Sega Sports games to be allowed to be played on PS2 and Xbox consoles. Not to mention the fact that these Sega Sports games are now on multiple consoles leads to competition with EA which will hopefully lead to better games for everyone.Twitter:@Fetter21

Yes it was, and I knew that, but as you said, it wasn't even worth it to play on 56k. I heard something like either you didn't get to aim your pitches, you just selected which one, or you couldn't use the curser, it was just timing. That sucks. Anyway dude the Dreamcast is dead, get over it.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment
