Does anyone know a good website that deals with each team's top prospects? I've been looking for a site that posts players vitals and gives scouting reports. I used to always go to baseball america but now they charge money.

minorleaguebaseball.com gives you lots of stats but not many scouting reports, it has just about every player who played in any level of minor league ball. baseballprospectus.com just did a few articles on prospects too and made up a top 40 list if that helps. click on the top 40 prospects article then read part one and two of their roundtable. -

ESPN: Minor League Baseball
ESPN's site has been running a minor league report each day that goes along with their Hot Stove Heater. The Hot Stove Heater previews a different major league team each day. The Minor League Report focuses on the team of the day's farm system. They only have a few teams left to preview and you should be able to find some good information there.Comment

Stats Inc. puts out a Minor League Scouting report book that is excellent. On the web though, you could try Baseball America. What used to be Baseball Weekly is doing their prospect reports each week now, it is pretty good.
Most minor league teams have websites as well, some may have some scouting reports.Comment
