IMO I love his 2-seam the most, but tough to argue against a low 90's hard slider.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment

But, come on, you're forgetting about his change-up. That pitch is just as nasty as his 2-seam, slider, or curveball. The only medicore pitch Felix has is his 4-seam fastball.
He's pretty good.Comment

Re: Dice-K vs King Felix
Well considering no one else in the league can throw a 2-seam fastball at 95+ it's hard to argue against it. It's nearly impossible to get off the ground, as everyone has seen so far. He's finally got control of it, so he hasn't had to throw ANY 4-seam fastballs (those were why he got hit last year).

It looks like his next start is against Minnesota. Any idea who starts for the Twinkies on Tuesday?Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment

Re: Dice-K vs King Felix
If it's Santana (which would be the best matchup) then he'll be pitching on 4 days rest. The only other pitchers the Twins would have ready to pitch are Ortiz and Silva. Looks like another good matchup getting ready to brew.Comment

Re: Dice-K vs King Felix
Good game last night. Great game by King Felix, the only good thing about last nights game is that Felix is on my fantasy team.
I can't wait to see what type of year Felix can put together this year. I hope he can stay healthy because he's gonna be fun to watch as he matures.Comment
