OT: When do the baseball preview mags come out?

I saw TSN in the grocery store the other day, but it wasnt that great. Its too early. It had a sticker on it that said "all the latest transactions". It didnt have the latest transactions, so I didnt buy it. With all the late FA signings, it isnt smart to release the mags this early.

I bought Athlon and Street & Smiths was on shelf as well.

Neither had Pudge on Marlins...

Athlons had more player numbers assigned, so I bought it...
