How many of you actually play a 162 game season? I do every year and after one year it gets kinda old. But now that I am going to get two games this year (WSB & HH) I'm gonna find it tough to play two franchises with a 162 game schedule and NOT simming some games. Is anyone else in the same dilema as me?

I started another post about simming games. I am kind of in the same boat because I have never played a whole season in a baseball game. After 60 or so games, it just starts getting old, and then the football games come out. I wind up playing madden for months and by the baseball season is over and I start waiting for the next years game. So this year I am going to sim some games so I can get through a whole season and finally experience the fun of the franchise offseason. -

I've been thinking of trying something different this year. Maybe like play 4 games and then sim the 5th. Or better yet, I got a better idea so I can play with all the pitchers on my team the equal amount. First rotation I sim starter #5's game. Then the next rotation I sim #4's game and play #'5's. Then next rotation I sim #3's game and play the other 4. So every rotation I play 4 out of the 5 games. And I will also get to pitch with every pitcher the same amount. This will cut down the # of games I play somewhat but not so much. I'm gonna try it out and see how I like it.Comment

I plan to play as many 162 game seasons with my mariners frachinse as I can in WSB2K3. I usually do 2 games at a time let ps2 rest then play again maybe a hour later on some days.Comment

Of Course I'm a cubs fan! I've been one my whole life. Which really doesn't say much since I'm only 17 years old. But still. I go to atleast 4 games when they play here in Milwaukee and atleast 6 at Wrigley Field. I think being a cubs fan is gonna pay off this year. They have a really good shot at shocking some people with that young rotation of theirs. I can't wait to see what happensComment

I do the same i play as much of the 162 as i can. I Like to see how i end up in HR'S RBI'S and the rest of the good stuff, without the help of the CPU or the CPU lowering my statsComment

In September I play as many games as necessary to get into the playoffs and win the division. If you do this then you get to play against a variety of teams and get to pitch using all of your pitchers without getting bored with your season and the game.
