What I did last year really seemed to work well. I simulated my games on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday then I play the weekend series until September. In September I play as many games as necessary to get into the playoffs and win the division. If you do this then you get to play against a variety of teams and get to pitch using all of your pitchers without getting bored with your season and the game.

    Works for me.

    omg...i'm shocked.

I do the same exact thing. I play the weekend games and just pretend it's the nationally televised games that you watch on FOX.

I'll play a weekday game only if its a huge game. For example if i'm the Yanks and i'm playing the Red Sox and Pedro Martinez is on the mound. That's a game I can't skip over.
