It's a sim baseball game..You play the role of GM. You do not control the players.

OOTP is the most incredible front office sim in the entire world. In addition, you can manage all of your games and watch them unfold via the fantastic text play by play window.

Yup, what he said.

Basically a great game. The best part about the game is that you can add any team you want for free. It uses a great importing feature that allows you to import a FREE database all the way back to 1901. Amazing.

I can honestly see myself playing this game more than any other baseball game this year.

Excellent sim baseball game. I think OOTP4 was the only good baseball game last year.

There's no real licenses in the game, but...

Rosters can be downloaded from http://baseballsimcentral.com

Changing team names and logos is also a snap, so within 30 minutes, you have MLB teams, players, and logos.

yeah this game is great...some of the guys got me on to it last yr and i loved it. I cant wait for ootp5 to come out.
